The manager was so nice and very helpful! I woke up the same day I came in with a lot less hair. She put my fears to ease and used what hair I have left to choose the style and color. Plus she reassured me to let my natural hair go back to its natural color.

Drove from Orlando arriving at 3pm, only to be told, "do not touch wig or mannequins, I'll be with you in minute." After 30 minutes she said I could make an appt and come back, she didn't have time to help us. I asked if she could just look at the wigs I liked to get pricing. She said it doesn't work like that. She was very RUDE, a total waste of time driving over. Don't bother!

When I first walked into Wig Villa, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very upset, having experienced some sudden and severe hair loss due to surgery and medications. Michelle, the manager immediately put me at ease, calming my concerns and assuring me that my anxiety was normal and demonstrating that she would take her time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. My daughter and I visited the Wig Villa yesterday, as I will be going through chemo and will lose my hair. Michelle, the owner, was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and patient. I told her my price range and we were able to narrow it down to quite a few wigs to try on. There are so many styles, colors and lengths to choose!! I have been going to see Michelle for over 5 years since I lost all my hair due to alopecia. She is so helpful & I always leave with 2 wigs. Her prices are great!! Lots of styles!!! She always helps me pick styles that fit me with no pressure to purchase. I recommend others to go to her shop all the time!! I have purchased about 20 wigs over the years & I will only go to her shop!!! She is a wonderful caring person!!!!!

I believe this store has best products in Mid Florida from my experience. I am happy with two wigs I purchased because the lady found perfect styles for me with reasonable price. It was worth visiting.
