As a local braider This is by far my favorite beauty supply. I don’t go as often since I moved but it is definitely the preferred one. It’s a family owned and ran beauty supply the owner is such a sweet heart definitely she always gives my children goodies when we come. They even love going!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As I’m gathering all the items that I need to complete my desired hairstyle , the cashier decides to reach over the counter and pull on my 9 year old to ask her where she placed the nails she had in her hands. It blew me away to see her question my child INSTEAD of me and to PHYSICALLY touch her was over board BUT the best part was my daughter NEVER had nails in her hand so you are now accusing MY CHILD OF STEALING!!
