Went in today. Sharon "helped" me. She was barely civil when we began, and utterly rude not long after. I tried on four wigs. After the fourth, Sharon announced she "was done." Apparently, she was too busy to waste any more time on me.(no one else shopping or browsing). I'm a senior and in all my years, cannot recall ever being treated so badly by a store clerk. Upon entry there was a musty dirty smell, carpets were stained and dirty. The lady that helped us wasn't very helpful. Didn't really seem interested in helping answer any questions. Not a great experience.

I have been using wig galleria for several decades when I lose all my hair. Recently I found a wig I liked in their store and ordered it in my color. First of all I had to pay for it ahead of time $454. When it came in I arranged to pick it up before they closed at 4 pm. I tried it on. It wasn’t quite right so Sharon clipped a few bangs but not much. I left. I immediately decided it wasn’t right. I called few days later and asked if I could exchange it or have them style it. I shopped here a few years ago when it was owned and managed by two partners. At that time, they were very helpful and the store was immaculate, I went in a week or so ago and the store is now ran by one of the previous owners, daughter or granddaughter and the store smells like dog urine and marijuana. The place is filthy. Having said that I tried on a couple of messy buns and the young lady ordered a couple of them in my hair color which cost $75.
