Go to this office at your own risk! Ms. Moore is the most terrible medical practitioner I've ever encountered and is a completely unpleasant person to deal with. I was already in a vulnerable condition and she told me to not bother coming back when I simply questioned her about medication she told me to take. I was in tears by the time I left. Watch OUT!!!! This provider is very aggressive to the point that she grabbed a paper out of my hand while threatening to call the police to escort me out. She was ALL worked up because I needed a letter of medical necessity from her but her nor her staff could get it right.
