With a timeline approaching I was told to overnight certified documents so they could be submitted to the courts. I dropped everything and did this. It took 7 SEVEN weeks of calling, leaving voicemails, and emails to get a return response. The event these documents were needed for has passed and the documents were never submitted to the courts.
