Outstanding customer service. One of only famiy businesses where I feel I can get afair deal on used RVs. They truly care about there customers getting a fair deal and back up what they sell
I called 3 weeks ago to get my camper in so it can be gone over. I called today since I didnt hear anything and was told nothing was done because they didn't know whose it was. Even though I gave all the information when I called initially. Then I was given instructions on what I should have done to make sure they get the information for next time. Maybe tell people that up front? I would love to support a local business but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
