I filled out their online form 8 days ago. No follow up, email, call, or anything besides the confirmation "we have your data!". I understand if you're busy from labor day but maybe give people a headsup so they can pursue other options?

I have been a customer of Wiessner for about 30 years. Two years ago my house had storm damage around my skylight. AAA home insurance sent out an adjuster and the older gentleman did not go up to the roof to inspect the skylight, he only looked at the interior damage and in the attic. AAA denied my claim as improper installation of the flashing, even though it didn't leak prior. Wiessner did nothing to help with my claim and I took my business elsewhere.
Kyle did a great job setting us up with a whole life policy. He didn't oversell us and he thoroughly explained everything to us which gave us plenty of ideas and options to come up with the best plan for our family's future. We started out with car insurance and will most likely move some of our other policies to him also.
