This company has a thief working for them. Aimee Kuyper! She refuses to return my property. There is proof of this! I would not buy insurance from her
I called and spoke with an agent trying to help a client of mine who lives in a different state to streamline for their daughter a simple renters policy. I have NEVER had an agency in 17 years of helping my clients refuse to help on this type of manner preparing a simple renters quote (saving my client time), giving a policy to this agency, and making things easy for all involved. It doesn't seem that this agency is willing to go out of its way!
Feel lucky to have an independent insurance agent in the neighborhood. Great service, every time. No better way to shop for insurance than with folks who can survey all your options for you and find the most cost-effective coverage.
I filled out their online form 8 days ago. No follow up, email, call, or anything besides the confirmation "we have your data!". I understand if you're busy from labor day but maybe give people a headsup so they can pursue other options?
