We got a great deal on a new Hyundai. Showed up unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon and after about 3 hours drove off with our car. Process went well. Betto and Bob were the sales team that helped get us in our new car.

Took in my car had 2 recals and had no check engine light still charged me 100 dollars for a diagnostic and solved nothing on the recall and did nothing to the car still charged me when they said they were not supposed to charge me unless something was done to the car

I had to do my regular maintenance care for my car and I decided to come to this location since I moved closer, instead of going to the Katy Hyundai service. TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! I also had a problem with the fuel door that doesn't want to open anymore. I first called to schedule an appointment. The lady said I can just walk in without an appointment. I took the car in for 2 specific repairs. One was fixed, but the 2nd was not. Before picking up the car, I asked specicially if each item was fixed and verified. They said it was. Upon arrival I tested and found it not working. A second service is required to fix what should have been fixed the first visit.
