Tim was amazing during the difficult process of transitioning out of my dream job. Work injury is no joke and there are a lot of emotions and feeling to process after decades of service. Tim helped with all of it, allowed the space and time to heal, while pushing for what he thought was right and fair. You cannot go wrong with his service or approach.
