I don't feel I was taken seriously because of my gender. I was told that your bays would handle the vehicle in question but information stating otherwise was given to me. Unacceptable!
I’d give more stars if I could. Thorough, responsive, communicative, friendly.
They got overspray all over my car and then lied, claiming that my car must have been like this when I bought it. I have photos proving otherwise, as well video showing the overspray. It was even on the windows. That they would not only lie to me, but also get scratches on my car and act like nothing happened is appalling and insulting. The body shop said they'd 'address' it, but I am reluctant to trust them with my vehicle again. I tried to contact management at the dealership, but they have not returned my call. Tied in with body shop. Everyone was very helpful and got my car in quickly. Work performed was perfect. I can’t even tell there was any damage.
