Never had a better experience with a dealership in my life. Megan Adams in the service department has been the biggest help to me while having my CT5. She’s got fantastic customer service skills, very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. Shes been fantastic at dealing with my stubborn warranty company to ensure that I got the help I deserved and I couldn’t be more thankful. This woman deserves a raise for all the hard work and effort she’s put in for sure!
My experience was really great from the beginning of my interaction with Cody Hill (Sales person at Wiesner). Though I contacted them over the phone, he was very detailed with the offer details including breakdown. I had very different experience with some other dealers in Dallas Area. It’s not every day that your car salesman feels like an old friend. Ask for Hector Gonzales - the best, kindest, most easy going car guy I’ve ever bought from (and I change cars every couple years.) The Wiesner Cadillac team in general are wonderful - quickest easiest most hassle free experience. No anxiety headaches, just a new car!
