Great customer service! We bought a used van there over the summer and we had a great experience. The salesman was very helpful and answered all of our questions and didnt beat around the bush. he told us the truth and was very up front. We had quick service and everyone we came into contact with was just as nice as can be and made our purchase a smooth one. They kept in touch to see if we had any questions or concerns.
Impala heater fan does not turn off Daughter attends Slippery Rock University. Heater fan won't go off. We the parents live 330 miles away. We arrange service over the phone. They diagnosed asap, fixed asap, cleaned car, price was very reasonable. People are very friendly. Very impressed.
Oil Change- Great Service! Got an oil change there and the service was great. Along with them using synthetic lube which lasts almost twice as long, they gave my car a free wash, wax, and vacuum. All of the staff was very friendly, plus they have free coffee, tea, and water for you while you wait. I was very satisfied.
chevy sales They are not real busy so will take the time out for ya. I think the prices are jacked up due to college town. Nice staff. They can order any new car with what you want in it for ya. They will keep calling you if you don't buy.
Nice people We have bought two new vehicles from this dealership and have been very happy with the way we have been treated. No slick, fast-talking salesman here. Their service department is very professional, and they wash your car when they're done working on it!
Kaiser Pontiac body shop I had my vehicle towed to Kaiser Pontiac Because my Insurance company referred Kaiser Pontiac and I'm glad they did! The Manager , Troy Proffitt was very enjoyable to work with and explained everything fully. Troy handled everything to do with my claim fully and professionally. He runs a tight shop, my repairs were top quality.
Body work was ok but nothing to write home about Had a major collision and my insurance company assigned it to this place. Manager kept putting me off about when it would be finished and found out after it was all done, paid and settled that some parts were never replaced and still remain so today. Outward apppearance was fine but I would not ever go back even if I had to wait twice as long for the parts that were left undone!
Kaiser Pontiac After purchasing a car from this dealership, you can be assured that the service you will receive in the parts and service dept. will impress you. They even set you up with a loaner car, if necessary.
OK for a Car Dealer We have purchased 2 vehicles from Kaiser and are mostly satisfied. Dealing with car salespeople is never fun, but we have been pleased with both vehicles and return there for continued service on the one we still own. Lynne in the Service Dept. is GREAT.
