Arrogant and ignorant doctor. I started with this doctor and happy I changed to dr lam. This doctor shouldn't even have a license worse experience
First impressions matter. At my morning consultation, Dr. W arrived late (this was my only visit, so I can’t say if that’s typical). He sat with his back to me, made more eye contact with his watch and computer than with me, repeatedly interrupted, and dismissed my symptoms. The appointment felt rushed, with the primary focus on moving me out the door rather than listening or providing patient-centred care.

Great Visit. On time, fast, didn't waste my time or his. Cut me off when I was rambling and not giving me info that was important but I get that but it seemed rude. Also asked me not to use the word "sinus" when I was describing my symptoms but I realized that it was a smart move because he was trying to develop his own diagnosis and not assume that the diagnosis of sinus problems that every other doctor had given me was correct. He ended up referring me for my headaches to a neurologist. He was right, wasn't a sinus problem... read more
