Good luck everyone getting ahold of the parts team. This is the worst ran conpany out of all the major forklift companies . Some times takes up to a week for a phone call baxk just to ORDER a part. Absolutely ridiculous. FSL and MH equipment you call and talk to directly to a parts person and can order overnight. Here you have to have the the part numbers yourself and if you don’t you have to hound the parts team to help you order something . I’d give zero stars if I could
No consideration for drivers..blocking for product should be done by the shipper…
One of your drivers this morning tried getting between my car and the car behind me with bumber to bumper fully stopped traffic. There was no room for him yo get over until traffic would move again. He almost hit me and the elderly woman behind him. He laid on his horn and rolled his window down screaming at the elderly woman very aggressively. He finally got over behind her.
