2020 Newmar New Aire 3543 - Referred to Wiers by Newmar RV customer service. Problem with chassis batteries not being charged while on shore or generator power. Called at 830 on a Monday morning and was out by 2 with a new bridge solenoid. Kudos to Brent and Shawn for gettin’ it done!
Great people here, techs know what they’re doing, and Chelsea the service manager is incredibly nice and patient.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Never calling back like they claim they will. Very unprofessional. Not sure who’s to blame for the way they run things but it’s not very friendly.
