Horrible customer service. I wasn’t even given the test I was sent in for.The room where the test was taken was filthy and very unorganized. I got there right before lunch and obviously the young lady was very unhappy about having to help me. The first UA I took was at 96 degrees by the time she looked and she wouldn’t except it. Told me it had to be 98 and dropping. So I drank water and waited until I could go a second time. I checked the temperature and it was only 94 by the time she got around to looking at it. They did my testing quickly and efficiently. The lady that helped me was super kind and helpful (I was on a knee scooter so I might of been a little extra to help). And the guy at the front desk made sure someone opened the door for me. It was also nice because they take walk ins so I was able to get in and out of the center easily.
I took a complete normal u.a.- the lady had worked for a prior dr. Office and knew about my medical history. She is the one who brought it up. And told me that she was let go. The way she acted. Made me wonder if it was because of violating the hippa law? I dont know this. She said she was diluted from the company. Anyways , she refused my drug test says it was 100 degrees. And i know that is acceptable and stated that it did not smell like urine. I took pictures of the sample and left. She put it into the computer as a fail... read more

Jeanette and Lisa are always courteous and pleasant to talk to by phone, and very accommodating to our needs. On occasion I visit their office on Skyline Drive and receive the same courteous service.
