Dirty.
Stop to fill your gas tank and your stomach only if you must. Small, depressing micro-stripmall versions of already mediocre restaurants. Limited seating, loud, and pretty dirty. I would not say unsafe. I think it feels unsafe due to its look but the area is busy with travelers and it doesn't seem to have anybody loitering. Attached gas station has very dirty bathrooms. Just avoid this place if you can, otherwise complete your business quickly and form no memories if you can manage.
Working hours on Google say it should be open till midnight. When we got there there were closing at 9:55.
Supposed to be open till 12am they always close at 10pm either update the store time or your employees leaving early
