Waited 17 minutes for 3 milk shakes. One car in front of me, a couple inside ordering. Car in front of me looked like got a large drink and shake. I almost left after 12 minutes but decided to stay. When it’s my turn, Rayleen came to the window with one shake and asked for payment. I didn’t see the other two. I simply asked if she had them all made or if still had to be made. We just went in to get dinner. Whoever the guy was taking our order was the rudest most hateful person I have ever seen. Everything we ordered he would grunt, punch the key like he was pissed at the world and would not even look up. If he does not like his job, maybe he should go somewhere else. You guys just lost a good customer. Do not know his name but it is Sat night at 7pm you can figure it out. Oh… we walked out without getting anything

This maybe the nostalgia talking, but I love Wienerschnitzel, I'm from Texas and loved going there when I was young. So you can imagine how excited I was to see it here in NWA. The food was great, just as I remembered it. I mean, it's not hard to make chili dogs and corn dogs, right? The service was meh, at best. Not very inviting or friendly, but they weren't rude either. Just there doing their job and going through the motions. The actual restaurant is TINY. I was the only one in there and felt cramped.
