I appreciate wienerschnitzel being here, beings back childhood memories going to the one in Alameda, good food.
I placed an order at the drive thru. This location is on a loud and on a busy street. I’m not sure if I mis spoke or he mis heard but when we got to the window, he repeated the order back and it wasn’t fully correct. Pedro assisted in getting the order corrected and was super pleasant about it. Pedro is the picture of what customer service should be like. I thanked him for his assistance but wanted to publicly thank him as well.
This was not the first time I have ordered a Polish Sandwich and it arrives partially cold. When asked if it could be heated a little more, was told they can't do it.
