New nice to have a wienerSchnitzel on trip back and forth off the freeway
II’ve always loved Wienerschnitzel, so the food itself was solid. Unfortunately, the service here was awful. The cooks weren’t wearing gloves, the clerk was rude and dismissive, and they didn’t apply the special pricing — everything was charged at full menu price. This location needs serious attention to basic customer service and food‑handling standards.
Went in today and ordered something that on the drive thru menu was $2 but when given receipt was charged $5. Spoke to manager and owner if they could fix the issue I was told no by both. That it was mistakenly priced at $2 I asked her if she could honor it since it is what is on display in drive thru even inside. she said “I can’t do that” like it’s literally still priced at $2 mind you the owner is the one who price tags the menu….yea it’s only $3 but it’s your mistake….and they’re “my $3” ….asked her if she could give us ... read more
