You get charged for things and never receive them. I don't get double the cheese when I asked for it. The other day I was charged for a pretzel bun and never got one. I'll never go back.
They always clean the ice cream machine at like 8-9pm, leaving it impossible to get a nice late night treat, as they’re open to 12am. Always have to drive to banning where they actually serve their customer. 0/10.
