Extremely slow drive through service, my dog was barely warm, with cold shredded cheese on top. You get what you pay for here
Their weird AI ordering machine sucks, drove all the way home and sat down to eat only to discover that my two Chicago dogs were swapped for chili dogs instead :( The dogs are usually soooo good but yeah, check your food before you leave
I ordered a 20 piece Jalapeño poppers, when I got home and took my first bite the popper was empty. I tore open the next few poppers by hand and they were all completely empty except for some dice peppers. I’ve been there several times and think this will be my last time. The wait times are ridiculous, the AI order taker always needs help from the staff, the food is good for the most part, but they have a lot of things to change.
Service was very slow. Waited 20 min in the drive-thru
