I ordered food inside the store and waited for 15 minutes for my order. When it was finally brought out to me, the fries were cold. I asked if I could get fresh fries, but the girl told me I would have to wait until they finished with the drive-thru orders. Eventually, I received my fries, but by the time I got home, all of my food was cold from sitting out. I called the store to ask if I could have my food remade or receive a refund.
