Refused to take my order for a ghost kitchen item through the drive through. Employees were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Don't think they've changed in years.
So this establishment now has a automated drive thru intercom which is annoying but the gentleman at the window made it a point to make sure my order was all correct. With a warm smile and a great laugh. Thank you for the service Robert is what the ticket name says
