For the record, I've eaten here before and had no issues. It's not a normal place I eat, but, its been decent in the past. I ordered a chili cheese burger without the bun - this is a menu option, not me being eccentric or anything. I got the burger in a container with no chili or cheese. I took a photo of this nonsense...boooooo
