Our experience has been wonderful. We needed a new water heater and called to get a quote on a Sunday. We received a response same day from Luke with a much better quote on the installation of both the water heater and prv. We received prompt service the next day and the plumbers were professional, communicative and respectful while working in our home. I had additional concerns and they provided help right away. This morning, our water heater was not working and there was water all over the floor. Megan was able to get someone this afternoon to come take a look. Gabe thought it was a problem with the pressure relief valve so while replacing it he showed me the crack along the valve that was causing the leak. So glad to have experts within reach, and everyone was so pleasant and professional! We have hot water again - thank you so much!

4/2025 - called Wiegand again about installing a back up battery system for my sump pump. Jace (ms?) came out and had it installed within a few hours. Somehow he was able to tweak the old sump so that it works a lot more quietly too! On the way out, he asked if there was anything else I needed and he ended up replacing a leaky tub spout as well.
