Great place to get help with diet and nutrition.
I trained at WieFit for a couple years and had an excellent experience. The guidance from my trainer, Alex, was top notch, and the owner, Brian, was always available to offer support and advice. I also participated in their nutrition program with Brian, and the meal plan was perfect in conjunction with the training.
