First time going to this furniture store today on January 4th 2025! And I was highly impressed with the outstanding customer service! Vwry professional, intuitive, and informal. Felt at ease and comfortable, came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Explained to the salesperson Jon who was incredible, told him what I wanted and gave him measurements and he was very resourceful and helpful with helping me select merchandise from this establishment. Just had a great experience with John at Wiedy’s. I knew exactly what I was looking for so after being greeted by John, I showed him a pic of what I had and he brought me to two recliners that he thought was what I was looking for and he was right. 10 minutes later I left with my new lazy boy. All 3 staff members that I encountered were super friendly.

We bought a King Hickory sofa and Cheryl helped us with fabric choices. The end results were perfection, she has a great eye for design. Could not be happier with our new purchase!

We have been shopping here for years. We have loved everything we have purchased. Made another recent purchase and John has always been so helpful. Answered all of our questions, never pushy, always in ear shot if we needed help. Will continue to be a loyal customer. We personally love the FlexSteel line of furniture they carry.
