It was the funeral of my best friends' father- a complicated man who departed far too soon. The funeral was superb, not a single tear in the room because we were all enjoying the hilarious eulogies and stories that the family had prepared, knowing that their father, son, chef, soldier, and mailman would've wanted it that way. I attended a service there a couple of weeks ago and the space was beautiful. the staff was attentive and tried to accomodate a crowd that was much larger than anticipated. The sound was glitchy and no one could hear the pastor. None of those issues were as major as the owner stomping around and berating his staff and others in public. At one point it looked like he tried to hit someone!
