I've been trying to get some taxes done for 8 months now. They've yet to file them. They don't respond for months at a time. We're now at the ready to file but they won't give me an invoice that shows the reasons for charging since they're charging more than they told me to expect.

Very good company. I work with 3 individuals here: Carol L, Cheryll B, and Jessica M - all very professional and good people. We recommend this company highly - you will not be disappointed. I have 3 business Boyce CPA handles: tax filing and keeping for in addition to my personal filings. I cannot say enough good things about Boyce CPA - so I will leave you with this: if you are considering them, do it.
