I recently relocated from Las Vegas to Sedona. I was a walkin at the Coldwell Realty office in the Village of Oak Creek. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Wiebke on the sale of my Mom's house. Mom's house was in Cottonwood AZ and I live in Illinois so I was nervous on how things were going to work. Wiebke made it super easy ! She set things up so I could do most of the paperwork on the computer. She was always available over the phone, 24/7. She was great ! If I were ever to need a realtor again in the Cottonwood AZ area there is no doubt I would be calling Wiebke !
What can I say about Wiebke? She is the perfect combination of allowing the client to feel into a place with their heart and getting down to the nuts and bolts of making it happen… Wiebke is extremely diligent. If there is anything questionable in a contract or piece of information, she will track it down until she gets the clarity that is needed. I trusted her to do what she said and she did!
