He is a huge asset to my company as he allows me to focus on what I do best instead of worrying about deadlines and what is owed to the FL Department of Revenue and the IRS. Charles does a fantastic job of explaining the intricacies of what being "self-employed" is all about. When you've been an employee your whole life and then you open a business, you don't think about the fact that nobody is reaching into your paycheck and paying your taxes for you. You don't think about self-employment taxes or quarterly tax payments. You don't think about using an S corporation to help you lower that tax bill.
