Coach Matthew is very patient, understanding and professional. And I have made progress just in a couple months, really enjoyed this place!
I just started week three, and I’m absolutely loving it! First time with CrossFit at the age of 58, and very impressed with how the gym is run. Matt and the coaches do an excellent job at making sure it’s a quality workout; love the variety and making sure safety is a priority! Looking forward to the coming months/years of overall health improvement!

I always look forward to working out at Widespread Fitness. It’s a great environment with the best community of people! I have loved getting to know everyone. The coaches are amazing. They keep the atmosphere fun while making sure you stay motivated to get through your workout. It’s nice to not have to think about your workout and just show up to class and put in the work. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym that’s the perfect mix of fun and challenging this is definitely the place!
