While the end result was good, the experience was not. I felt unwelcome. When I came in for my first appointment with her she was watching a video on her phone and seemed distracted. It was my first appointment with her so I was unsure of the procedure and had to ask for clarification as all she said to me after I walked in was "you can go back, i'll be with you in a moment". Wides brings wonderful energy to her very detailed work. Her sugar wax is great, and she works quickly. But not so quick that she misses things. Highly recommend!

So I thought I was being dramatic last year for my first appointment with Wides for my birthday. I went to book again cause I thought maybe I was upset cause I was on my period/lack of food but after seeing others in the reviews experiencing the same thing as me I knew I wasn’t wrong. Service : Brazilian Sugar Waxing. During my wax, the process seemed rushed & she was a bit rough on my skin! When told to relax she didn’t hesitate to say things like “it’s only going to hurt worse” as if that would help me to relax more. Once we started to finish up she patted my skin roughly & swiped a thick layer of lotion on & told me I was done. The lotion was more on my stomach than my vaginal area .The whole experience was awkward but I thank you for your service .
