This may be the worst customer service I've ever received from ANY company, let alone a company that deals in the trade. I ordered a refurbished Summa S2 T160 & a takeup reel system for my HP printer on Nov 21, 2024. After 1 full month of not hearing a peep from this company about when they would be shipping everything, I emailed asking about it and they said they were waiting on parts for the Summa because something was bad on something (Dec 11).
