After posting my review, Carlos and Mary from Wide Image Solutions contacted me by email in what I viewed as a threatening and accusatory tone. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they accused me of trying to scam them and demanded that I remove my review. I made it clear that I would remove or update my review if they simply provided what Carlos represented in writing that we would receive: brand-new ink cartridges and HP OEM 731 printheads. I sold them a piece of equipment and was happy to see that they did what I was told they would do as far as getting it picked up and also the payment. Really easy to deal with, if I have anything else to sell I will let them know first.
