I contacted this company to have my printer fixed. When I called a guy named Carl answered the phone, I asked him if they repair Roland printers. The guy answered by saying yes we do. I paid upfront over 1,000.00 and they sent out a technician that had never work on a Roland printer, I found out on the techs 3rd visit to me, when I finally asked him.
