Mario was great to work with! His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, he was flexible with scheduling, and he made both the pickup and drop-off easy. What really stood out was his knowledge of large-format printing equipment. He clearly knows these machines inside and out, took the time to answer my questions, and handled everything professionally. Ultimately, received my order but I feel there was a communication issue during the shipping process. Got notification the order shipped, not part, just shipped. After receiving only part of the order is was a couple days before I got a response to my emails about the missing items. They were shipped from a separate location, so they probably need to update their shipping system to let customers know when only part of an order ships.
