I have dealt with Allison in the service center on multiple occasions. She is efficient and very knowledgeable. I have no complaints about this service center, but my 5 stars are for Allison!
They charge more than normal
I had a great experience with James at the WW BMW service center. He explained everything clearly and gave me options to save money, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly, and the communication throughout was excellent. The video they provided was incredibly helpful in understanding what needed to be done. This is by far the best BMW service center around, and it’s worth the 40-minute drive every time. Highly recommend!
