EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied with the service from the agent, not professional at all, they couldn’t complete the build, the council would not accept or approve the building permit for a number of reasons one of which was when it was the fact that at the time of submission the builders license had expired due to non payment of fees, in fact it finished in the hands of solicitors.
