Wide Reach Garage & Gate responded quickly and replaced the broken spring that was stopping our garage door from opening. Gage, the technician, was professional, polite, and detailed in his work. He noticed that the original springs weren’t the best fit for our garage door and suggested a set of springs that matched the size and weight better. The whole process was quick, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend their garage door repair service.
Because of some limitations in my home, the team did an excellent job helping me find a garage door that worked perfectly. Robert explained all the available options and guided me to choose the best one for my situation. After the installation, he even returned to make sure my wireless keypad opener was working properly. great customer service and very professional. from the first call with marc, through the estimate with robert, and the installation with duane, wide reach garage & gate went above and beyond. they put in a new garage door and fixed my old one for my three car garage. the color match was just right, and they made adjustments so the old door works smooth now and doesn't get stuck anymore. if you need a new garage door or repairs, i definitely recommend them.
