I feel that the merchandise was fine but the service lacked! We spent close to a thousand dollars and we were not even thanked. We traveled over two hours to order then again to pick up our merchandise. We both left with negative thoughts!! We waited several years to buy from this company and expected better!!
We went to the showroom back in September 2018 and ordered 4 pieces of furniture. I have never had anything customer made for our house so I was very excited to order these pieces of furniture. The experience has been nothing but HORRIBLE! It is now February 13 2019 and we still do not have our furnature. They have been consistently putting posts up stating they are accepting new orders however they can't keep up with the orders they currently have.
