My Optimax ProXS 250 with 900 hrs blew up in a Wednesday nighter on July 9 - piston rod snapped with hole in block. I had 3 derbies the next three weeks including the next three days straight off to fish. Not good. I called Shawn at 4:45 from the lake, he helped diagnose. Can’t say enough about Shawn! Had my lower unit lock up on me. He was super flexible on getting me in due to me working long hours. Brought the boat in and in 4 days had a new lower unit ordered and installed and at a very reasonable price! Will 100% recommend him to everyone and will continue to come back anytime I need work done!
