I disagree, I had a great working Ricoh copier in the office. I allowed Greg to convince me to purchase a copier printer from his establishment and things couldn't be worse. This Kyocera machine is junk never works properly. Of course, he is asking for a maintenance contract likely knowing this thing is junk..............I am shoppi9ng for another company to help us out here................very disappointed
Sells products from Japan for cents of the dollar and makes customers pay 1000$ off the dollar believe me I know i am related to him. He is a awful person and a con-artist unfortunately I am family I know what he does.
