EDIT AND UPDATE WITH FULL DISCLOSURE After letting Toyota know my concerns and nothing but a $29 discount offered, I felt it was fair to write this review. After the Google review was published, and the feedback being quite public, Toyota contacted me again. This time they suddenly offered to cover the cost of our accommodation. I was not impressed with this company at all. The overall presentation felt unprofessional and poorly managed, which immediately gave a bad first impression. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there.
