My dealing with Nick (the new owner) was an absolute disaster. With cancelling appointments, delays on coming, then not showing up,. Lack on returning phone calls & texts was happening a few times a day.

Terrible work done. I never recommend these people. Damaged stones, damaged my window frame, damaged my kitchen cupboard. Silicon all over the place. We took two days to clean out kitchen as they left Silicon all over the place. I will never use them again.

My dealing with Nick (the new owner) was an absolute disaster. With cancelling appointments, delays on coming, then not showing up at all these delays cost me 3 days of my life just sitting waiting for Nic. Lack for returning phone calls & texts was happening a few times a day. A waste for time using them, can't say enough to stop people using them. At the end of the day after 4 months of chasing, lies & continual delays the stone never went in. Maybe a blessing in disguise!!

Terrible service.non-existent communication from day of install until the job was finally semi-completed. All committed times were not met. Promised an early morning start 08:00-09:00 only for someone to arrive late the afternoon with no communication throughout the day. Next day exactly the same, promised an 08:00 start and the guys pitched up multiple hours later in the afternoon. Fantastic job - from quote to install, can't recommend highly enough. Price was reasonable, service was spot on and Hayley in particular was really helpful and friendly.
