I called June frantically on Wednesday night after the other unnamed removal company cancelled on me at the last minute. June booked my move in for Friday morning. There were some issues with their truck and these guys jumped through hoops trying to get there for Friday, keeping me updated every step of the way. We postponed until Saturday. Michael and Brandon were fantastic to deal with, nothing was a bother all our furniture and belongings were treated with respect and moved into our new home in perfect condition. Thanks so much for your great service. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company

Quite unprofessional. Furniture scratched, one foot and two joints were busted off my couch, furniture and boxes were dumped into rooms instead of stacked. Young children came with the 2nd load and were "helping". Items clearly marked "basement" were left in a bedroom. A desk had to be stacked on its end because there was not enough organisation in the room. Some furniture was left in the lift and almost forgotten.

Wide Bay removalist would not fix tyre they busted on my scooter sliding it around on truck broken my bird bath I asked them for help only for the Tyre he refused to pay for it mechanic put air in because it was off the rim but had a hole in tyre as well extremely upset

Just relocated from Sydney to Hervey Bay. The whole thing was seamless Wayne and Angus are so easy to get along with and were amazing to pack and unpack. Would definitely recommend!!
