Not a great doctor or good experience. The admin do nothing too. Was an around sloppy experience. Dr seems nice but I dont think its genuine. He also has a very limited experience of dystonia, including not acknowledging secondary forms of dystonia, AT ALL. Also didn't ask me to do the task that initates my primary childhood onset dystonia either, and didnt believe me. Offered a referral to another specialist where he trivialised my symptoms and made claims they were in my head when I have a complex neurological disorder wit... read more

He’s fantastic with my son and takes time to draw and explain his seizures, always tells us to ring if we need anything between appointments and replies to emails straight away. A Doctor my son likes
Incredibly rude receptionist. I was in the middle of talking and she cut me off — not once, but repeatedly — while I was trying to explain my concern. A receptionist should take the time to listen to a patient instead of constantly interrupting. Cutting in halfway through makes it feel dismissive and disrespectful. That said, I want to be clear — the doctor is excellent. A great neurologist who takes time, shows genuine care, and has my full respect.
