Great in sales, and the service department is about the best you can get.
I can’t thank Wide Bay Mitsubishi enough! I was in Maryborough for work when my Pajero started playing up at 4:45pm. Most places would’ve just told me to come back tomorrow, but the team here were genuine legends. They made no promises but still had a look, quickly identified the fault, and had me back on the road by 5:15pm. Had the car in for work, work was complete but my car was put into the wall bonnet, front left light replaced front bar repaired, was promised I would be looked after ended with $150 discount on a job over $4500 I got no problems paying for parts or the bill but find the discount insaulting for when they had my car for a month, decided to have a look at the work found rackend boots lefts twisted easy enough for me to fix right side boot destroyed I will have to replace, do not trust these people no respect or compassion poor... read more
This review started off with just 1 star but the guys at Wide Bay Motor Group have well and truely earned the now 5 Stars you are seeing now. It took some time and working out but my Outlander is starting and running better (touch wood) than when I first brought it in with issues starting it.
