Very dissapointing services. Dropped off the car around 7am using the early bird services as suggested by staff, needed to pick up the car by 3pm. Around 1 pm, rang the office to ask how is my car going, I need to pick it by 3pm. Staff on the phone said, not to worry because they will finish it up by the time requested. I recently took my car in for a scheduled service. It was a busy morning and I was slightly late dropping it off, which I appreciate can have a flow-on effect. The service was due to be completed by 11am and ran a little over, but Sian in the service department handled everything exceptionally well and saved the day!
