This review started off with just 1 star but the guys at Wide Bay Motor Group have well and truely earned the now 5 Stars you are seeing now. It took some time and working out but my Outlander is starting and running better (touch wood) than when I first brought it in with issues starting it. Update The manager has called to ensure my car will be fixed and that they will give it thier full attention to make sure it drives out repiared and running well. They have also offered a loan car to get around in and are going to drop that off to me which in itself is a very positive gesture in resolving this issue. Have had the worst time getting my outlander fixed. First they misdiagnosed a starter motor problem and advised I need a new key cut and reprogramed. Good customer service
Have had the worst time getting my outlander fixed. First they misdiagnosed a starter motor problem and advised I need a new key cut and reprogramed. Once they finally got the starter motor installed they had to take the intake manifold off to do so and didnt replace the gasket causing it to not have the right air to fuel ratio which then messed up the catalytic converter which has no left me, a pensioner with health issues without a car.
