We travelled from Cairns to get Jackajay Posts put on our Jayco Penguin and to have the ongoing roof height and door issues we have had since owning the camper. Shane was the service technician, and he did a fantastic job. Our roof now sits at the correct height, and the door hinge mechanism works like it should. We have been travelling in the van for a month now since the work was completed and we are really happy. The whole team at Wide Bay Caravans have earned this 5-star review.
We were lucky enough to get in touch with Wide Bay Caravans Maryborough and were lucky to get an appointment quickly. On arrival we were met with a great welcome by both the admin staff and the workers. The job we needed done was not a big job but was done without any fuss, the fellow who did it knew his job and had it fixed in no time, would have taken us days. Awesome service and caring staff. I needed a part for my Fiamma awning and the office ladies were quick to respond and confirm that the part they had was the correct one. Made an appointment and the friendly chap installed the part in minutes and gave me some helpful tips.

We have used WBC for a few services and other installations on our van and highly recommend them. Ester is always helpful as are Steve and Damien if you have any issues or questions after the job is completed, which is great to see. I feel they are honest and trustworthy.👍
