The external door handle for our caravan broke yesterday and after a quick repair with super glue, we were on our way. After stopping at the Maryborough Caravan Park, staff at that park recommended Wide Bay Caravans (just across the road) as a business that could help. They had the parts in stock & even offered to fit the part for free. The staff were friendly & helpful. We now have an emergency spare door handle.
We had an issue with the electronic breaks on our van while passing through. Found this company and rocked up early without an appointment and thankfully they could fit us in to have it diagnosed and repaired. Great service and amazing team at reasonable prices. They also stock almost every part you would need to keep your van operational.
Had a great experience with Bree and her team. Excellent repair team with a wealth of knowledge for our problem with caravan fridge. Found exactly what I was looking for in a floor mat from their parts and accessories store. Very helpful team. We will definitely be back.
We are definitely sorry we ever purchased a van from this business their customer service is NOT GOOD, THEIR WARRANTY IS NOT GOOD WITH THEIR SPARE PARTS & They never get back to you & they continually make up excuses as to why they didn't get back to you. They will tell you there is warranty in their parts and fittings unfortunately when it comes to making a claim in warranty sadly they will make up every excuse eg: manager/owner is away overseas etc etc which is fine however business does not stop because an owner is overse... read more
A huge shout out to Josh, Damien and Estha for your excellent work in fixing the few things with our van. Estha just made everything seamlessly smooth , from the book in tho the warranty work, she's just a Gem. Damien for explaining the Bluetooth working on our BMPRO35 and the beautiful job of fixing our little problems and the Josh and his Wife the owners. Such beautiful people to talk to .
