Had a quick repair to our van. Called in and were immediately helped. Required a cover for the fridge vent, had it in stock and replaced it there and then. Lovely very friendly people. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend . Thank you very much. Rrx and Sheila Redford
The external door handle for our caravan broke yesterday and after a quick repair with super glue, we were on our way. After stopping at the Maryborough Caravan Park, staff at that park recommended Wide Bay Caravans (just across the road) as a business that could help. They had the parts in stock & even offered to fit the part for free. The staff were friendly & helpful. We now have an emergency spare door handle.
We had an issue with the electronic breaks on our van while passing through. Found this company and rocked up early without an appointment and thankfully they could fit us in to have it diagnosed and repaired. Great service and amazing team at reasonable prices. They also stock almost every part you would need to keep your van operational.
Gave them a call leaving Maryborough,after being referd to them by our neighbour Bazz at Doon village RV stop explained the probblem. As We had a issue with our awning track coming away from the van, after our trip to the tip of the Cape York Peninsula. They suggested we bring it in to have a look. We’ve been travelling for a few months now but we’re now heading home to NSW. The door handle on the outside of our caravan broke off leaving us with somewhat of a problem. After ringing around everywhere Wide Bay had what we needed. We arrived the next day to pick it up and Shane fitted it for us and it’s now as good as new. The team at Wide Bay Caravans couldn’t have been more helpful. We’d highly recommend Wide Bay Caravans to see to all your caravaning needs.
