For the 11+ years I worked for a General Contractor doing multi-family construction, I have had WICR on every project and there is no one I would trust more with quality, expertise, and professionalism. I will continue to use them on all future projects and recommend them to anyone that needs a waterproofing or dampproofing expert in construction.
My roof top deck waterproof job was very unpleasant starting with delays then excuses and just unprofessional behavior. There is no supervision. I was told by the crews they were pulled off my job for more important ones. Read your contract. You are responsible for everything they break or fail to complete. They broke lights, outlets, failed to complete painting of walls and rails, and you won't get a warranty until they are paid in full. Not a good experience at all!
