Run far away from this company. I knew it was a very bad sign when they didn’t show up for the first few work dates. Once the waterproofing was in and rainy season started in California it took no time to see the leaking on our brand new wall from their work. It has now stained our front window and wall. Remember it was only waterproofed for one year. They sent someone out to assess. We had to follow up numerous times to explain which customer we were. Do not use these guys! Their product leaked and stained our brand new smooth stucco and our fleet wood window and they will not take responsibility. Also, getting ahold of them for the actual job should have been indicative to their lack of professionalism when we tried to contact them for over a year to fix the stain that their product caused. WICR just finished repairing and resurfacing my outside deck with a waterproof PLI-Dek system. The finished job looks great, looks just like tile, even though it is a multi-layer waterproofing system. My experience with WICR could not have been better.
