9 months after using this company to funeralize, a family member we still do not have his headstone which was purchased and paid for prior to the services last December. The customer service and professionalism experienced while dealing with this was beyond disappointing and too much for any grieving family to bear. They keep telling us it's on the way with no explanation as to why it is taking so long. Hopefully, this spares another family from having to go through this.
